Legal Officer

A fast growing Property Developer seeks to employ a highly motivated legal officer with the following requirements.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Law
• Two years’ experience in a busy contracts and conveyancing department.
• The applicant must be an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya
• A current practicing license

Additional Skills required include:

• Good judgment,
• Planning and organization skills,
• Good negotiation skills,
• Good oral and written communication skills.

Sales Agents

• Recruiting qualified individual sales Agents with a relevant degree or Diploma qualifications.
• To sell fast moving residential commercial properties in Nairobi.
• A minimum of 2 year experience in sales of residential / commercial properties.
• Must be ready to work on commission basis only.
• Must have the ability to promote own sales and marketing activities.
