- has 3-5 years in a similar role, preferably in an aviation environment
- is extremely conscientious, task-orientated and attentive to detail
- is dynamic and a good team player
- has excellent communication skills

We require an HR manager to lead and strengthen its HR management. This will require a review of existing policies and procedures, developing new initiatives, supporting recruitment and training initiatives.
The right person is likely to:
