A. Description of Requirement:
1. The United Nations Mission in the Republic of South Sudan (UNMISS) has a requirement for capacity building trainings for its National Staff in South Sudan.
2. The intent of the mission is to find service provider(s) to conduct the training for the following courses:
2.1 Financial Management in Torit (South Sudan);
2.2 Human Resource Management and Development in Torit (South Sudan).
2.3 Advanced Secretarial and Administrative Course in Malakal (South Sudan);
2.4 International Relations, Humanitarian Affairs and Development in Malakal (South Sudan);
2.5 Organizational Leadership Development in Wau (South Sudan);
2.6 Project Management in Wau (South Sudan).
B. Conditions:
3. Interested Companies/Institutions must submit their Expression of Interest, along with the following information and supporting documents:
(i) Company/Institution’s profile.
(ii) Company/Institution’s contact details (address, telephone and fax numbers, e-mail, etc.).
(iii) Company/Institution registration certificate/certificate of incorporation or operating licenses
and permits.
(iv) Technical capabilities to offer all or any of the above listed courses specify which course you are interested in.
(v) Proof of experience in providing the above trainings in the past three to five years. Provide letters of reference from three of your major clients.
(vi) Proof of financial strength to provide the services;
(vii) Demonstration and proof that the company has relevant resources to provide the course or courses the organization is interested in.

This EOI does not constitute a solicitation. UNMISS reserves the right to change or cancel the requirements at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process.
Thus, submitting a reply to this EOI does not automatically guarantee that your company/institution will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued.
