is a youth empowerment project that is funded by European Union (EU) and the
Kindernothilfe.
It is implemented by three organizations, the Eastleigh Community Centre (ECC), Ethi C.I.T.C
and Nairobits. The project seeks to hire a consultant to conduct a midterm evaluation.
The objective is to evaluate the relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability and the impact of the project towards the realization of its goal and to provide corrective lessons and recommendations.
