Wema Centre Business Development Officer Job in Mombasa Kenya

The Wema Centre is a Non Governmental Organization (NGO) that runs various projects providing comprehensive care for street children and educational opportunities for orphans and vulnerable children in the Coast and Central regions in Kenya.

We provide shelter, clothing, food, healthcare, psychosocial support and education for over 100 former street children and run weekly street children outreach programs.

Our vision is a society where all street children and other vulnerable young people are transformed into fulfilled and responsible adults.

We seek a vibrant, creative, articulate, smart-working individual to work as our Business Development Officer in Mombasa.

The Business Development Officer shall be in charge of supervising and expanding the Uniform Production at the tailoring Unit, the Catering Department, the Outside Catering Unit, and all our Income Generating Activities.

The successful candidate shall:

• be a person of high moral integrity and honesty and shall be in possession of a University degree- preferably Bachelor of Commerce with a bias in Marketing.
• have good supervisory and Sales & Marketing Skills with at least 1 (one) year's experience in a similar position.
• be computer literate and proficient at all MS Office Packages and preferable have some Accounting knowledge.
• possess a valid Driving License
• be available immediately.
