Industry: Marketing Communication - Advertising & Design
Location: Nairobi
An International Retail Imaging Solutions Company specializing in Integrated Brand Marketing Communication, including Design, Point of Purchase, Visual Merchandising, Signage, Store roll outs and Project Management has established presence in Kenya and is looking to recruit a Sales Executive
The preferred candidate will hold a Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Sales and Marketing and have good understanding of retail visual identity programs and steps taken to ensure good retail visibility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for achievement of sales targets in the assigned region.
- Handling project & OEM sales in the region.
- To develop markets and increase market share.
- Ensure effective implementation of promotional activities and material.
- Ensuring proper reporting and MIS to HO.
- Regular Interaction with Customers, Production Team and Sales Team and ensure timely resolution of issues if any.
Qualifications/
Skills
- Degree/Diploma in Sales & Marketing or a business related field
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in the area of Sales & Marketing.
- Smart conversation starter, knowledgeable about trends in retail space, and how they will impact key retailers.
- Good understanding of retail visual identity program and steps taken to ensure a good retail visibility.
- Functional expert in three areas of Sales Management, Customer Service & Business Development.
- Outstanding Communication skills - verbal & written.
- Ability to set up ambitious deliverables, implementation and ensure compliance across team.
- Effectiveness in a cross cultural environment.
- Excellent Leadership and negotiation skills.
- Technical selling capabilities.
