A well established and ISO 9001:2008 certified Consulting & Training organization seeks to recruit a mature, dynamic, result and career driven individual to the position of Business Development Officer, for the Public Sector.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Business Manager, the successful applicant will be required to:

• Introduce and market the organizations consulting & training programmes to a well defined public sector market segment
• Sustain an inflow of business from the organizations existing client base.

Requirements

The organization seeks to discuss the position with individuals whose profiles match the following:

• Successful business development career, preferably in the public sector (Central government & State corporations).
• Must demonstrate specific & verifiable achievements in current or previous roles.
• A University degree and/or qualification in Marketing/Selling will be an added advantage, but not a prerequisite
• Must be hands – on proficient in MS office
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and capable of interacting at senior management levels
• Must be smart & well groomed
• Must be of impeccable Integrity
