HR Assistant

Resolution Health has over 250 medical service providers all across East Africa, a strong network of hospitals, clinics and doctors. Reporting to the HR Manager, the purpose of the position is to assist with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties.

Key responsibilities areas:

• Effectively recording, maintaining, and reporting human resource information;
• Administration of temporary staff contracts;
• Administration of recruitment, selection and staff induction;
• Supervise outsourced services;
• Assist in coordinating training/teambuilding and staff welfare
• Assume responsibility for related duties as required or assigned;

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in a business field
• HR diploma –an added advantage
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office
• At least 1 year experience in a busy HR office, preferably in the service industry
• Good knowledge of the labour laws
