We are an established Insurance Agency based in Nairobi and Kitale dealing with major Insurance Companies in Kenya in a wide variety of Insurance Products.

We are seeking to fill the positions of Business Consultants with impeccable desire to excel in a highly rewarding and attractive commissions field. 

The main role of the Sales Executives will be to ensure that high production targets are met through high personal production.

You must have the maturity to deal with the professional and business elite, who make up our customer base.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Identifying/prospecting and pitching  for potential clients for the provision of insurance products.
  • Provide financial advice to clients according to their requirements and risk profile.
  • Maintain a regular follow-up with clients to maintain a strong customer service.
  • Development  and implementation of a marketing strategy
  • Ensuring strong understanding of the firms value proposition
  • Maintaining the client database of contacts
  • Ensuring client feedback is received and following up on action
  • Undertaking duties associated with the sales, including drafting correspondence and maintaining records.
  • Carrying out other related tasks as might be required from time to time.
Qualifications, Skills and Ability Requirements

Relevant academic and professional qualifications.
  • Minimum K C S E grade C
  • Age- 20 to 32
  • Willingness to learn and eagerness to growth
  • High level of initiative and self-motivation
  • Basic Computer knowledge will be an added advantage
  • A Team player with good interpersonal relationships and communication skills
  • Results oriented and able to work under strict deadlines to meet sales targets
  • Must possess critical sales skills.
  • Excellent customer service.
  • Be willing to work under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills - efficient and quick
