Bingwa Sacco Society Ltd (Formerly Kirinyaga Tea Growers Sacco Ltd) is a fast growing National Sacco with our Head Office based in Kerugoya Town. 

We invite for applications from mature and result oriented persons with high integrity and public relations for the following post with the following minimum qualifications:
 
Human Resource Manager
 
i) Must have attained a mean grade of C+ in KCSE or Div. II in O’Level and have at least C in both Maths and English.
 
ii) Be a holder of Human Resource Management Diploma with 5 years’ experience in a similar position or a Business related Degree with Human Resource Management option with 3 years experience in a similar position.
 
iii) Be Computer Literate.
 
iv) Must have ability to work with minimal supervision and be a team leader and high level of decision making.
 
v) Basic Accounting skills will be an added advantage.
 
vi) Age between 30-40 years
 
Duties
 
Will be required to start a Human Resource Department and be reporting to the Chief Executive Officer
