Role Objective: 

The sales representative will be responsible for managing and facilitation of the company’s sales growth, attainment of monthly sales targets, projecting annual sales, tracking sales performance and interacting with other departments of the company to ensure that business orders are executed properly and profitably in line with the company’s objective. 

Duties and Responsibilities.
  • Responsible for account development for existing key clients.
  • Conduct market research to gain knowledge on new products based on clients needs and introducing and developing them into the market.
  • Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
  • Conduct customer surveys and give feedback on the same.
  • Present and sell company products and services to existing and potential clients.
  • Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up.
  • Identify and resolve client concerns.
  • Develop and implement special sales activities to increase sales.
  • Sell and service corporate customer’s requirements in customers full range of products.

Job Title: Motor Vehicle Workshop Advisor
Reports To: General Manager
Industry: Automotive 
Position: 1

Our client a leading company in builders of quality bus and trucks wishes to urgently recruit a highly competent, proactive and self-driven person to fill the above positions within the organization.

Role Objective

Responsible for the daily operations of the workshop ensuring that the customer needs and expectations are met through the diagnosis of motor vehicle faults and rectification via use of Workshop Business Process.

Duties and Responsibilities.
  • Ensure customer awareness of all products and services available by professional presentation and demonstration.
  • Professionally sell additional products, services and repair work as appropriate to customers’ needs.
  • Promote and prospect the business as directed with confidence and commitment.
  • Seek to obtain referrals for other car owners in customers’ families and among friends and associates.
  • Advise customers of precise and where appropriate, estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken.
  • Advise on predicted completion times and collection arrangements.
  • Ensure proper qualification and total understanding of customer needs and requirements.
  • Communicate effectively both in person and by telephone so as to keep all customers fully advised as to the progress of repairs and services
  • Provide the initial fault diagnosis to the customer, and schedule any required work with Workshop Planning System.

Job Title: Dispatch Clerk 
Reports To: Managing Director 
Position: 1 

Role Objective 

Coordinate and arrange inventory of stock, product adjustments and distribution of all incoming and outgoing items and also arrange inter warehouse transfers

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely dispatch and delivery
  • Ensure customer contact details are up-to-date in the system
  • Supporting other departments within the company through planning and scheduling the delivery and collection of goods.
  • Prepare and Maintain accurate records of all deliveries.
  • Send back canceled and damaged items to vendors/suppliers as appropriate.
  • Establish and implement a supply or distribution chain management system and ensure proper documentation, logbooks, fuel consumption and servicing protocols.
  • Keep Sales Executive updated on the progress of their delivery to customers
  • Liaise with the accounts department and credit control on invoicing or credit notes passed

Role Objective

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with customers on behalf of the company by taking personal and complete responsibility for each customer contact and by ensuring that all customer requirements are completely met.

Duties and Responsibilities.
  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
  • Follow up progress on customer inquiries.
  • Raise job cards as per the customer orders
  • Produce up to date daily reports
  • Act as customer advocate and liaise on customer’s behalf with other staff when required.
  • Analyze, evaluate and resolve customer enquiries at the first point of contact
