An upcoming startup is looking for mid to senior level web developers with at least 3 years experience working on several J2ee projects.
 

The ideal candidate is an innovative self starter, team player, and able to perform with little or no supervision. 

They must be able to work on multiple concurrent projects and switch among different tasks within a short notice. 

They must work well under pressure and be able to meet tight deadlines.
 

Qualifications and competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science
• Desired skills include but not limited to Java, Spring, Hibernate, JPA, JSP, Jquery, MVC, junit, jmock, Eclipse (or similar) IDE, Web Services, SQL etc.
• Ruby on rails will be an added advantage.
