A Stylish Tent Company is urgently looking for a Workshop Manager to oversee all the operations in the Workshop.
 

Production Management and scheduling
 

Job Card Creation and Management
 

Deadline Management and ability to ‘Juggle’ Schedules/ Deliverables
 

Preparation Of Templates For Third Part Suppliers
 

Preparation Of Production Drawings From Concept Designs
 

Site Assembly/ Installation Planning And Scheduling
 

Review Materials Request Lists (Sanity/ Relevance Checks)
 

Monitor and inspect products before, during and after preloading process
 

Check quantity of goods loaded and supervise overall loading process
 

Stocks Management, Raw Material Grading and Selection
 

Standardization Processes and Shared Tools/ Jigs Management
 

Monitor and update products with drawings/ instructions, master materials list, resource utilization/allocation guidelines, tools, etc
 

Maintain and continuously update master cost files
 

Develop and maintain a catalogue of templates/jigs
 

Inter departmental/process quality control checking
 

Set-up and perform testing on materials or finished products to ensure product performance
 

Determine machinery requirements, identify shortcomings in machining and suggest alternatives with budgets to the directors
 

Must be super organized and obsessed with details

Gross Salary: 1500 - 3500 USD
 

European, Indian and Malay or Bahasa Melayu speaker are encouraged to apply.
