Marine Officer II - Coxswain / Navigator
Duties
and Responsibilities:
- Safe
maneuvering of the vessel.
- In
charge of the boat’s husbandry.
- Directing
and supervising staff below him on routine cleanliness amid ship’s
husbandry.
- Ensuring
adequate stocking of detergents, cleaning and painting materials onboard.
- In
charge of watch and station bills
- Compiling
and reporting defects
- Any
other relevant duties assigned.
Requirements

Academic and professional qualifications
- A
Bachelor’s degree in Marine/Nautical studies or a related field from a
recognized University.
- Professional
qualification in the relevant field.
- Membership
to a relevant professional body.
- Must
have worked for at least 3 years in a large vessel.

- Basic
marine survival Skills.
- Decision
making skills.
- Result

- Must
