Job Outline
 

The Junior Software Sales Executive is a key growth position that is responsible to deliver on respective sales goals, purposed to build Teqwall’s revenue (software & services).  

In this role, you will work closely with the Sales, Marketing, Consulting and Products teams to develop and implement specific strategic plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets throughout the assigned territory.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development teams to gain access to target customers.
  • Build a Database of prospects within the sectors key decision makers and the solutions Teqwall technologies can propose.
  • Penetrate accounts, captivate decision makers, and overcome selling obstacles.
  • Proactively create and maintain positive and mutually profitable customer relations to help ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and customer renewals.
  • Identify customer pain points and problems and propose appropriate software solutions.
  • Attending initial sales meetings and meeting the client
  • Follow ups: Tele Sales and Field visits
  • Determining a client's business requirements and whether the products being considered are suitable
  • Presenting your findings to a technical team to act on, and then to the client
Qualifications
  • A bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in a Business/IT related field
  • Candidates should have a strong executive presence – intelligent, polished, and articulate.
  • Demonstrated high-level influencing skills.
  • Experience in selling business/financial applications, educational or BI solutions is required.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Candidate will be familiar with desktop solutions such as Microsoft Office, Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, email, and other job related software packages.
The candidate should own/have a laptop and a mobile phone.
 
Note that the pay for this position is based on commission which will be computed at 25% of the net profit.  

Airtime and other communication and transport means will be provided.
