We are urgently looking to employ an accountant immediately.
- Daily verification of sales originating document and
- Timely preparation of daily & weekly sales report.
- Timely daily cash book reconciliation and banking’s follow ups.
- Monthly bank reconciliation and resolving any un-reconciled items.
- Tracking of customers Mpesa, cheques and Visa card payments.
- Payroll processing and ensuring statutory deductions are paid on time.
- Computation and filing of VAT.
- Timely processing of payments and ensuring they are adequately supported before approval.
- Cash flow positioning and forecasting.
- Monitoring accounts payables and receivables.
- Timely processing of data using quick books.
- Maintenance of Imprest systems.
- Timely preparation of management report -Balance sheet, profit & loss account, Trial balance.
- Maintenance of asset register.
- Addressing and resolving staff request.
Minimum Requirements
- At least CPA. II from a recognized college
- Auditing experience
- Microsoft office conversant.
- Quick books proficient and other accounting packages
- Two year Experience.

- Ability to work under minimum supervision
- Multi tasking and prioritize work.
- Ability to engage with company directors and other management staff.
