Position: Senior Data Analyst 

(1 Position) MR 11

Reports to: Deputy/Branch Chief

Location: Kisumu

Essential Requirements

• Masters Degree in Mathematics, Statistics/Computer studies
• At least 5 years experience in a research organization
• Proficiency in English both written and oral.
• Problem solving ability
• Excellent knowledge in the following analysis packages (SAS, STATA, SPSS, R)

Desirable Skills:

• Excellent knowledge of at least one object oriented programming language (VB.Net, C++, Visual CE), longitudinal relational database management system and proficiency in standard office tools will be required.
• Excellent coordination, analytical and supervisory skills
• Familiarity with ODK and data collection using Smartphones
• Terms of Employment: 1(one) year renewable contract as per KEMRI scheme of service
