Customer Service Representative Job in Kenya

WE are seeking to hire Customer Service Representative who will maintain solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism 

Qualification
 

Academic: Degree in Public Relations or it’s equivalent
 

Experience: 2 years in a busy environment
 

Other: Excellent writing and verbal skills

Duties and responsibilities

• Receives and places telephone calls.
• Also may require research skills to troubleshoot customer problems
• Excellent communication abilities and data entry skills are essential
• Performs data entry
