Job Title: Front End Web Developer 

Reports To: New Media Team Leader

Location: Nairobi

Salary: Negotiable

Overall Job Summary: We are looking for an individual skilled in highly dynamic web interface development (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, jQuery).

Duties and Key Responsibilities:

• Extensive knowledge in HTML5 and CSS3
• Extensive knowledge in JavaScript/JQuery/Ajax
• Ability to take a PSD/mock or concept and turn it into a working experience
• Ability to create user interfaces, using front-end code in HTML, CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript to interface with backend code
• Experience with mobile/responsive design
• Knowledge of prototyping website pages

Experience Required:

• 3+ years of experience in web front-end development
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, or equivalent
