They operate through Distributors in Kenya and East African region and expand their market share continuously with commitment to quality and the infinite loyalty of their customers.
Job Objective: The position serves as the primary in-house consultant on ALL IT related matters; to meet all organizational information-related needs by analyzing requirements; availing resources to meet these requirements and recommending system controls; Protocols and database Administration.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of reference on all ERP related queries and/ or requirements
  • Database administration and systems maintenance
  • Troubleshooting problems and providing IT solutions
  • Meet operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
  • Provides solutions by analyzing requirements; evaluating capabilities, designing processes and developing systems.
  • Improving systems by studying current practices; designing modifications.
  • Recommending controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures.
  • Maintains system protocols by writing and updating procedures.
  • Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support; training users.
  • Maintains user confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
  • Contributing to overall team effectiveness by consistently achieving intended results
Experience: Over 3-5 years’ relevant experience in a busy organization.

Skills and Certification:
  • Relevant Degree/ equivalent qualification in IT-related field
  • Advanced diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration/ Sales Management
  • Extensive knowledge of, and familiarity with SAP ERP is mandatory
  • Software Design, documentation, development and implementation skills
  • Systems/ information analysis and report generation.
  • Software Maintenance and routine hardware troubleshooting
  • Advanced Written and oral Communication skills
  • Ability to identify gaps and Promote Process Improvement
  • Database administration and Maintenance
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Attention to Detail
  • Be Highly professional with the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Solid and verifiable record of achievements
  • Willingness to submit to rigorous background check and behavioural testing
