Design, Supply and Delivery of Branded IEC Promotional Material
 

1. The Republic of Kenya has obtained a credit from the Agence Française de Développement (AFD) for implementing the Kisumu Urban Project (KUP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds to procure for design, supply and delivery of branded Information, Education and Communication (IEC) Promotional Material in accordance with the specifications set out in the bidding document.
 

2. The City of Kisumu now invites eligible and qualified bidders to submit their bids for the above in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the bidding document.
 

3. The bids will be selected using the best responsive bid selection method as described in the Bids document and in accordance with the Public Procurement and Disposal Act 2005, and associated regulations.
 

4. The Bid document can be obtained from the procurement office at Town Hall, Court Road, Kisumu; during working hours (9.00am–4.00pm), upon payment of non-refundable fee of Kenya Shillings one thousand [KES 1,000/=] to the City of Kisumu.
 

5. The bids shall be deposited in the Tender Box marked “KUP Tender Box” at the Town Hall, Ground floor, Court Road, Kisumu, Kenya or be addressed to:

Kisumu.
 

so as to be received not later than 12.00 pm on 04/07/2014.
 

6. The bids shall be clearly marked (“Tender Number: COK/KUP/SUP/1/2014/060 for Design, Supply and Delivery of Branded IEC Promotional Material)
 

7. The bids will be opened in the presence of bidders who wish to attend the opening of the bids on the same day (04/07/2014) starting at 12.00p.m. (Kenya time).
 

8. Mandatory Bidders Conference will be held in Town Hall, City of Kisumu on 24/06/2014.
