The Lutheran World Federation Department for World Service (LWF/DWS) Kenya Djibouti Programme is seeking consultancy services from a registered recognized firm to undertake a Baseline Survey in the Djibouti Refugee camps

The project is expected to be conducted in the month of August 2014.
