Project Manager
 

Key Responsibilities
 

Reporting to the Head Technical and Projects, the Project Manager will be responsible for:
 

i) Preparation of new Project & Maintenance Service contracts schedules, Costing & Resources.
 

ii) Project Mobilization including: Interaction with clients, material preparation and project staff recruitment/ briefing & training.
 

iii) Primary Company liaison person on assigned projects with client project management team
 

iv) Timely implementation of the project, team leadership/coaching, project monitoring and reporting and Identification of value chain opportunities with clients.
 

v) Ensure timely billing of the project in liaison with Finance department.
 

vi) Regular update reports to management for all works ensuring synergy with clients, management of change/ project queries and timely preparation of Project closure report.
 

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT related field or Business Management
• 3 - 5 Years’ experience in all aspects of project management, development and implementation.
• Certification in Prince2 or ITIL
• Strong understanding of Project management software such as MS Projects & Ms Visio
• Vast experience in Complex Technology Projects Management and change management techniques.
