Description

Staffing Administration
  • Perform diversified administrative and coordination duties that involve complex information.
  • Answer general inquiries relating to international vacancies.
  • Assist International Staffing Specialists with maintaining and updating applicant tracking system and other databases as required.
  • Schedule and contribute to International Staffing team meetings, project meetings, and conference calls
  • Participate in projects as necessary and requested
Candidate Sourcing & Screening
  • Obtain Pres Screening Questionnaires (PSQ’s) from applicants as part of the screening process.
  • Carry out research and database mining to identify possible sources of candidates, (e.g Recruitment websites)
  • Write advertisement and job postings using WVI guidelines/templates
  • Occasionally assist International Staffing Specialist by conducting effective screening of applicants.
  • Process applications in the recruitment database (applicants screened, PSQ’s requested and make recommendations to International Staffing Specialist)
Interviewing & Selection
  • Undertake reference checks for shortlisted candidates
  • Manage logistics and coordinate field interviews for short-listed candidates with hiring managers (e.g. manage interview schedules, travel and related information to both candidates and hiring offices)
Orientation and Onboarding
  • Assist to receive and process New Hire paperwork and making follow ups as needed (e.g. Police clearance, child protection, medicals, visas, travel, storage, paperwork, orientation to HR policies)
  • Work with International Staffing Specialists to ensure Partnership-level new-hire orientation is provided to new hire prior to in-country arrival
Qualifications
  • Requires Higher Diploma in Human Resources or Related field.
  • At least 3 years experience in office administration
  • Prior Human Resources or Recruitment administrative experience is preferred.
  • Experience in Electronic Mail, Lotus Notes, PowerPoint presentations and Microsoft Excel is required
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with ability to handle extremely confidential and sensitive information
  • Ability to complete a variety tasks in an organised and adaptable manner; ability to handle multiply projects or priorities
  • Mature Christian who models Christian leadership in dealing with others
