Legal Secretary

The ideal candidate should: -
 
  • Have excellent Secretarial training.
  • Have worked in a busy law firm for at least 3 years and should have vast knowledge and experience dealing with Conveyancing and Litigation documents.
  • Be ready to work in the City of Nairobi.
  • Be computer literate.
  • Have excellent skills in Communication and Public Relations.
  • Be ready to work under a very demanding schedule and ability to handle pressure.
  • Have excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Have the ability to work with minimum or no supervision.
Receptionist

The ideal candidate should:-
  • Be able to operate a telephone switchboard
  • Be able to speak excellent English
  • Have excellent skills in Public Relations.
  • Be ready to work in the City of Nairobi.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Be ready to work under a very demanding schedule and ability to handle pressure.
  • Have the ability to work with minimum or no supervision.
