Job: Business Account Manager

Reports To: CEO

General Purpose of Position:

We are in search of a full time “local” Business Account to manage their Merchandising Solutions operations. The successful candidate must have a natural eye for quality workmanship.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

 

• Business Development for Merchandising including writing proposals and negotiating contracts
• Budgeting & Spend management
• Project Implementation and personnel management
• Administration and reporting

Qualifications:

• A minimum of a Bachelors degree.

Requisite Experience:

• Minimum age 26 years and 3 years work experience at Senior levels.
• Must have proven experience with a team of at least 5 people.
• They must have proven ability to present to Senior Executives.
• Excellent presentation skills using Microsoft Office applications.
• Retail experience is a plus.
• The successful candidate must be able to work independently with excellent Entrepreneurial, Administrative and Communication abilities.
• Energy, Integrity and enthusiasm are an absolute necessity.
• Strong, positive references a plus

Remuneration:

• Kshs 25,000-30,000/= plus lucrative performance incentives
