Title: Local Country Manager

Reports To: CEO

General Purpose of Position:

Our client is in search of a full time “local” Country Head to manage their operations in Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda.

The successful candidate must have a natural eye for quality workmanship.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

 

• Overall Head of Country merchandising and sales team operations within Kenya (Nairobi), Tanzania (Dar) and Uganda (Kampala)
• Managing a team of supervisors, field operations personnel and an administrator
• Interfacing (presenting and managing) local client relationships and ensuring business growth locally
• Liaising and reporting to BTL Consulting HQ, clients and partners

Qualifications:

• A minimum of a Bachelors degree.

Requisite Experience:

• Excellent presentation skills using Microsoft Office applications.
• Retail experience is a plus.
• The successful candidate must be able to work independently with excellent Entrepreneurial, Administrative and Communication abilities.
• Energy and enthusiasm are an absolute necessity.
• Strong, positive references a plus
• Minimum age 26 years and 3 years work experience at Senior levels.

Remuneration:

• USD300 – USD400 plus lucrative performance incentives
