The company supplies the Construction & Furniture Industry with wood based panel products and furniture components.

Business Development & Operations Manager- East Africa

The ideal candidate should have the following portfolio.

·       A detailed technical knowledge of panel products such as MDF and Particleboard

·       At least 10 years Regional Management Experience and new business development

·       Detailed knowledge on CNC (computer numerically controlled) machines for wood processing.

·       Ability to layout and commission a furniture components line.

·       A business management degree or related qualification.

·       A Formal tertiary qualification in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering

·       An advanced qualification in Safety or Risk Management

·       Ability to manage projects to completion and within time

·       Select and train key staff to be employed in operating CNC wood processing machinery
