Catholic Archdiocese of Mombasa CBHC & Aids Relief project has the following job opportunity

Service Manager

Applicants should meet the following;-

Be able to assist the project coordinator in the following duties;-

·       Planning, organizing, and manages the case management, medical review, and services utilization review.

·       Develop and implement CBHC action plans to improve utilization and quality care to the patients.

·       Responsible for assisting in the development, implementation and management of health services functions and in achieving project goals and objectives.

·       Provides guidance and supervision to lower level supervisors.

·       May be responsible for continuous quality improvement, increasing patient and adherence to optimize health.

·       Responsible for process improvement implementation, quality initiatives, and daily operations of the clinic

·       Conducts analysis on department statistics/performance and creates reports on the findings.

·       Analyzes departmental data and participates in appropriate forums for sharing this data and leading initiatives relating to improvements.

·       Performs all CBHC HR related functions including time management, expense management and performance management including those related to lower level managers.

·       Provides departmental coverage in the absence of lower level supervisor.

Minimum requirements

·       Bachelor’s degree in medical related field with an active practicing licence.

·       At least three years experience in managed care or project management.

·       Is able to work with community volunteers in informal settlements.

·       Is able to work well with others in a team as a good team leader.

·       Fluent in Swahili and English

·       Should have report and proposal writing skills.

·       Self motivated and ready to work with minimal supervision.

·       Experience in HIV Management will be an added advantage
