University of Nairobi Examinations Officer, Academic Division Job in Kenya

Applications are invited for the following positions:-

Examinations Officer (Senior Assistant Registrar Level), Academic Division

Applicants must be holders of a Masters degree in a relevant area.

They must have at least five (5) years experience in a busy examinations body at the level equivalent to Assistant Registrar. They must be computer literate. They must have knowledge in the management of public examinations.

They must also have the following skills:- Supervisory, Communication, interpersonal and be team players.

Under the supervision of the Deputy Registrar Examinations (Operations), the successful candidate will be expected to coordinate the processing, storage, recording and issuance of examinations, deal with matters related to graduation and assist in the preparation of degree and diploma certificates.

They will also be expected to be of good conduct, demonstrate maturity and high level of integrity and work under minimum supervision.

Note:

1. Applicants should submit ten (10) copies of original certificate plus other supporting documents and applications letter.
