Role Responsibility:
  • Development and execution of sales strategies and pitches across the business divisions
  • Identify and develop new markets and work with divisional Sales Managers to penetrate identified markets
  • Product positioning for all G4S Kenya products
  • Alignment of sales team across the divisions
  • Manage External sales partners including the third party sales/commission agents
  • Develop and measure effectiveness of the sales processes and key deliverables of the sales teams
  • Monthly review of sales processes to accommodate market demands & increase efficiency
  • Assisting the divisional Sales Managers and the entire sales force in administrative tasks & follow up
  • Continually reviews existing processes, systems and tools for adequacy
  • Develops new or improved systems as needed
The Ideal Candidate:
  • 5-8 years experience with University Degree in business, sales, or marketing or equivalent training in business or sales management
  • Strong background in service sector sales
  • Good knowledge of channel, indirect sales, direct sales, and selling skills
  • Able to work under high stress with short-term targets and objectives
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Able to operate in a performance driven organization
  • Excellent communication skills
