Commercial Manager


We have been operating helicopters offshore East Africa for a number of years and in response to the increase in offshore activity require a full-time Commercial Manager to be based in East Africa:
  • Strong marketing and business development background on an international level
  • Proven experience in major tender negotiations
  • Ideally 3-5 years experience in the Oil & Gas sector, preferably with offshore operators
  • Ideally with experience in helicopter operations but not essential
  • Self-motivated and task orientated essential
Chief Pilot Offshore
  • ATPL
  • Instrument rating
  • Min 3,000hrs offshore, 5000 TT
  • Previous experience as Chief Pilot or base manager in offshore operations
  • Demonstrable management and leadership experience
EC155B1, AS365N2 and AS355N Captains
  • ATPL
  • Instrument Rating
  • 2000 hours Total Time
  • 1000 hours PIC helicopters
  • 500 hours multi engine PIC
  • 100 hours on type
  • Offshore experience required
BK117 Captains

Our BK117 helicopters provide pax movements, external load and medevac services and we require a significant number of additional crews to meet demand:
  • CPL (minimum)
  • Instrument Rating
  • 2000 hours total time
  • 500hrs multi engine
  • Long line an advantage
  • Military and medevac experience advantageous
EC155B1, AS365N2, BK117C1 and AS355N Co-pilots
  • CPL(H)/IR
  • 50 hours turbine
Baron 58 Captain

In support of our regional logistics we will shortly take delivery of a fixed wing aircraft and are seeking a suitably qualified pilot who will also take on a non-flying role in support of our operations
  • CPL, Instrument rating
  • Min 2000hrs and 1000hrs multi-engine
  • Preferably additional experience in terms of flight operations management and/or safety management
  • Glass cockpit experience
Project Manager – Helicopter Operations

We have a number of aircraft on contract and require a Project Manager to take on the role of coordinating and managing existing and anticipated contracts.

The individual should have as a minimum:
  • CPL, IR, 2,000hrs turbine helicopter
  • 3-5 years experience of helicopter operations/base management
  • Strong logistics background
  • Strong safety and quality management background
  • Experience in East Africa and/or a military background advantageous
  • Demonstrable management and leadership experience
Chief Engineer / Base Manager

A full-time position based in East Africa
  • Ratings on at least 3 of the following: EC155B1, AS365N2, BK117C1/C2, AS355N, AS350 and associated engines
  • Strong business and project management experience in a medium-large helicopter AMO with extremely high service levels and responsiveness to customers including on-site maintenance in remote areas and multiple bases
  • Demonstrable quality and safety management background
  • Demonstrable management and leadership experience
Director of Maintenance

A full-time position based in East Africa
  • Demonstrable management and leadership experience
  • At least 5 years of experience as Continuing Airworthiness Manager or equivalent position
  • Rated on at least three of EC155B1, AS365N2, AS355N, AS350, BK117C1 and associated engines
  • Good IT level and likely to have additional management qualifications such as a management diploma
Engineering Quality Manager

A full time position based in East Africa
  • Liaising with our licensed helicopter engineers
  • Rated on at least 3 of the following: EC155B1, AS365N2, BK117C1/C2, AS355, AS350, Arriel 1, Arrius 1 and Arrius 2
  • Demonstrable experience in a responsive, task-orientated AMO with very high levels of customer service
  • Demonstrable quality and safety management background
Licensed Engineers

Full-time (preferable) or rotations
  • With ratings from the following: EC155B1, AS365N2, BK117C1/C2, AS355N, AS350, Arriel 1, Arrius 1 and Arrius 2.
  • Experience of both service centre and field-service working
  • Demonstrable excellent working practices and communication skills
Aviation Operations/Logistics manager
  • Proven experience in managing/rostering 200 or more
  • Should be either a helicopter pilot/helicopter engineer
  • Demonstrable project management skills
  • Strong management and leadership experience
  • Flight safety and auditing experience advantageous
