Looking for an experienced leader
to run one of Nairobi’s top hotels.
This individual should have a minimum of 5 years general management experience
combined with relevant F&B experience.
We are looking for a well rounded, well travelled person familiar with 5 star
operations, preferably having worked in family run businesses.
Responsible for overseeing the Financial Plan, Marketing Plan, Quality Plan and
the Staff Plan. A Masters degree in hospitality or business management
preferred
The right individual must come with a strong work ethic, have an ability to
connect with people at all levels and from different cultures, and must have
patience and diplomacy.
Empathy and great listening skills are a must, with an attention to detail and
a commitment to excellence.
Our new GM must have a proven ability to lead a team and must be able to
communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Excellent organizational strengths, with a financial savvy will round out our
new General
Manager.
