Kamagambo Adventist College (KAC) Principal Job Vacancy in Kenya

The Seventh Day Adventist Church, East African Union wishes to advertise the position of Principal, Kamagambo Adventist College (KAC).

KAC is one of the oldest educational training institutions of SDA Church located near Rongo, Migori County with a vision of offering holistic quality education.

The Church is keen to engage a visionary and committed leader to head the institution at the level of Principal.

Qualifications

Applicants should have:

• At least ten years as a teacher.
• At least three years experience of administration at departmental level and above.
• At least a Masters Degree in Education.
• Applicants who are not currently working with church organizations should be below 51 years of age.
• In addition, the applicants should be Christians in good and regular standing.

Responsibilities

• The principal is the academic and administrative head of the institution working under the general direction of the board through the Executive Committee; the candidate would be expected to provide leadership in academic and overall administration of the college.
• The principal will ensure that academic, developmental and physical plans are generated in line with the strategic Plan of the Institution for consideration by the Board.
• To provide effective coordination of the various sections (primary, Secondary and College) of the institution.
• To lead the process of upgrading the institution into a University College.
