Kenya Wedding Centre is a high-end wedding planning company. 

The company is also the publisher of Africa’s second largest digital bridal magazine, the e-Bride and also organises the ‘Before I Do’ series of seminars for couples planning to tie the knot in Kenya. 

The company is also a member of the Weddings Beautiful Worldwide (WBW) and is WBW exclusive licensee for East and Central Africa in offering the Certified Wedding Specialist (CWS)  wedding planners' training program.
 
Internship Description
 
The company is offering a 3-month internship. 

This is an an unpaid internship with travel expenses being catered for. 

It is an opportunity to work as part of our marketing/sales teams, learning from the teams and gaining industry experience while working on extremely exciting assignments.  

The intern should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment, and will finish the internship having gained broad experience  not only in various aspects of marketing but also the wedding and events  planning  industry.

Should  you get  bitten by the wedding-planning bug and decide to hang around after your internship, we'll pay in full for your wedding planning course that upon completion will earn you the title, Certified Wedding Specialist (CWS) – with a job offer from us.
 
From your desk, you will enjoy the panoramic view of Ngong Hills  - an awesome view.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the design and execution of marketing  campaigns including creation of  marketing collateral.
  • Assist in the distribution or delivery of marketing materials.
  • Research and develop strategies and plans which identify marketing opportunities.
  • Assist with the preparation and delivery of training materials
  • Perform analysis of marketing and sales data.
  • Prepare presentations.
  • Be actively involved in selling Kenya Wedding Centre services and products.
Key Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Sales / Marketing or related business field.
  • Exceptional Salesmanship skills.
