General Manager (Sales) Job Vacancy

We are looking for an ideal candidate to fill in the following position in our Tanzania Office

Position: General Manager Sales

Brief Description:

The General Manager is responsible for the daily operational management of the overall entity, management and development of the business strategy, management of the Data recovery labs, domestic sales and overall business management. 

The individual will report to the Managing Director and the Board of Directors. 

Operational setup of the business

He / she shall enable organisation to structure and manage roles in a uniform way, thus increasing efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment, training and development, organisational structure, work flow and activities, customer service, etc. 

He/she shall be instrumental in developing and maintaining profitable relationships with current and potential clients that support business growth. 

Researching and reporting on market trends and intelligence in order to develop new products suitable for the defined market segments. 

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in B.Com (Marketing/ Business Management or related Degree) from a reputable University 

Minimum three years’ experience in Marketing and Management. 

Aggressive, ambitious and result-oriented with proven ability to set and meet sales targets 

A great desire for business prowess and excellence 

A mature, God fearing person of good moral standing and a high degree of integrity excellent communication and soft people skills 

Excellent communication, report writing and presentation skills. 
Strong planning, team building and organization skills 

Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies specifically in the service industry 

Must be over 25 years of age
