Catering Manager

Reporting to the General Manager
The Catering Manager shall:
  • Develop strategies to enhance operational performance of the organization’s staff catering units.
  • Develop catering budgets and achieve quantifiable cost savings through documented efficiency plans.
  • Manage procurement for the catering department and control catering inventory.
  • Determine the optimal workforce, advice on recruitment of personnel for the catering department.
  • Develop and execute staff performance reviews, identify capacity gaps and develop training programs to bridge those gaps.
Qualifications, skills and Competencies required:
  • Be a holder of a diploma in hotel management or F&B service advanced certificate from Kenya Utalii College.
  • Be a qualified chef.
  • Be certified in accountancy.
  • Have a minimum of Three (3) years experience in a similar position.
  • Have a good command of computer applications.
  • A hospitality degree from a recognized university will be an added advantage.
Senior Receptionist

Reporting to the General Manager
The Receptionist shall:
  • Maintain high standards of customer service at the reception by ensuring all enquires are responded to in a courteous and timely manner and all visitors are treated with great respect.
  • Supervise receptionists and cleaners within the reception area.
Qualifications, skills and Competencies required:
  • Be a holder of a higher diploma in Secretarial studies/business and Office management or equivalent qualifications.
  • Have served a minimum of three (3) years as a senior receptionist or an equivalent position in a reputable organization.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Should be proficient with computers.
  • Ability to work with and lead a team.
Warehouse and Distribution Manager

Reporting to the General Manager
The Warehouse and Distribution Manager shall:
  • Develop, revise and implement operational policies in line with legal requirements and business objectives.
  • Reduce internal working capital held in stocks by reducing the lead time, working with suppliers to improve reliability and thereafter reduce inventory.
  • Provide customer focus and improve Customer service levels.
  • Continually optimize inbound and outbound Logistics costs.
  • Optimize cost base of sourced materials by challenging the status looking at alternative modes of operations.
  • Drive continuous departmental improvements through optimization of team effectiveness and efficiencies of procedures and processes.
Qualifications, skills and Competencies required:
  • Have a bachelor’s degree in Procurement and Supplies and an Advanced Diploma in supplies management from a recognized institution.
  • Be a registered member of the Kenya Institute of Supply Management.
  • Have a served as a senior Warehouse/Store Manager of reputable organization dealing in FMCG for a minimum of Five (5) years.
  • A high level of integrity, good analytical and report writing skills
  • Have strong management and organizational skills
  • Be proficient in computer applications
