HR Executive

Responsibilities:

Drive and oversee all employee relations initiatives within the organization

Effective case management of people related issues such as: disciplines, performance management, employment tribunals, grievance and absence management.

Promotes and maintains a positive work environment by identifying and resolving issues

Providing advice and guidance on disciplinary and welfare cases, capability, grievance, and coaching managers where appropriate.

Organizational and space planning

Performance management and improvement systems

Organization development

Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting

Employee orientation, development, appraisal and training

Policy development and documentation

Employee relations

Company-wide committee facilitation

Company employee communication

Compensation and benefits administration

Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health

Employee services and counseling

Location: Kenya

Experience:  4 - 5 years
 
Requirement:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field is required.
  • Possess good verbal and written communication skills and must be fluent in local language and English
  • Knowledge of IT will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of ER procedures and processes such as employment tribunals, disability, diversity and equal opportunities
  • Experience in a fast paced IT or Tech firm is a advantage.
  • Coordination of events, meetings
  • Ability to work multiple tasks and complete on time
  • Working Knowledge MS Office skills, Outlook/Excel/PPT
