a Prominent Law Firm based in Nairobi managing international clientele is seeking for a Change Manager.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • The successful candidate’s main role will be to introduce improvement in the firms.
  • Work with the managing partners of members to understand issues they have.
  • Make necessary hires and monitor the effectiveness of change.
Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years experience as part of the management team of a law firm.
  • An earlier career with significant and successful experience of operational issues in a commercial organization.
  • An analytical mind capable of attending to the nabbing of issues.
  • An ability to come up with creative solutions and put them into effect.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, French and/or Portuguese is an advantage.
  • Experience in implementing change.
Monthly gross salary: Ksh.700,000 - 800,000/= (Approx. 8,200 - 9,400 USD) depending on    experience
