Duties

• In charge of all human resources duties including over 100 employees
• Answerable to the Managing director.
• Must be good in payroll processing.
• Must have excellent experience in CBA negotiations.
• Advisor to the entire management on HR matters.
• Setting up HR structures
• Policy formulations.
• Spearheading CBA negotiations.
• Working hand in hand with the line managers.

Key Requirements

• At least 5 years experience as a HR Manager handling complex matters.
• Must be smart and shard in approaching and handling HR matters
• Must be bold, confident and an excellent communicator.
• Must be excellent in communication.
• Must be mature in character and interactions.
• Age 30+ years.
• Must have good interpersonal skills and professional in handling employee and management team.
• Experience in a manufacturing company or industry is a MUST.

Salary is 100k per month depending on experience.
