Job Title: Training Consultant(s)

: Our company offers professional career identification and career development related services. We pride ourselves in administering and interpreting professional tools that assist our clients in identifying their career direction.

Position Function: To equip clients with the knowledge and practical skills that will develop them professionally. 

The nature of the training and development will be industry specific, with the level of responsibility and variety of activities dependent on the type of organization or institution. 

Most trainings will revolve around job search strategies and career development. 

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Identify training needs and ensure the development, implementation and monitoring of appropriate learning and development programs in the company
  • Design and develop training manuals/materials on administration and interpretation of the career test and course outlines for other in-house trainings
  • Conduct training classes, workshops and seminars ensuring to meet client specific needs, e.g. CV writing, Interview Preparation skills, Career Counseling etc
  • Evaluate effectiveness of training as and when necessary 
  • Develop and implement training feedback tool
  • Review and analyze client feedback with a view to continuously improving
  • Promote the company by initiating training opportunities
  • Ensure the company provides high quality training services so as to gain competitive advantage in the industry
  • Stay current on market trends and regularly update the company training manuals and materials to reflect the same
  • Generate regular management reports on trainings offered including pertinent details that will aide decision making
Academic/Professional Qualifications & Work Experience
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Communication or related degree
  • At least 2-3 years experience of Training with a proven track record of the same
  • Proven and demonstrated understanding of adult learning styles
  • Superior facilitation and Presentation skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Computer literate in MS Office Suite esp. MS PowerPoint and MS Word
