Expression of Interest for Capital Restructuring 
 

Introduction: Unaitas Sacco Ltd is among the fastest growing institutions in Kenya established under the Co-op Act 2008 and regulated by the SASRA Act 2010 with a membership of over 130,000 spread across our 18 fully fledged front office branches nationally.

We are in the process of undertaking a transformative program, aimed at delivering our Five years strategic plan Blueprint. 

The organization desires to engage professional services of experts in different fields to make the formulated plans within the document a reality; this will include lead commercial law firms.

Project objective: Transformative capital restructuring that will address our growing needs as a financial institution, the restructuring to conform to our business model and Strategic/business Plan 2014-2018.

Eligible Interested firms should meet the following minimum requirements;
 

i. Registration information
 

ii. Tax compliance certificate
 

iii. Must have undertaken a similar task in the last 5 years.
 

iv. Must provide relevant references/appointment letters for engagement of a similar task as the one at hand.
 

v. Must have detailed verifiable profiles of individual consultants and their relevant key competencies to the task.
 

Sealed expression of interest must be deposited strictly by 18 April 2014, at 2.00 p.m in the tender box clearly marked” UN.2/2014/E.O.I-Capital Restructuring “ located at Unaitas Headquarters offices, Cardinal Otunga plaza Kaunda Street, second floor. 

Opening of proposals shall follow immediately.
