We are in the Insurance Brokerage Industry is in need of a Head of Channel Operations

Reporting To: General Manager
 
Overall Job Purpose: The position is responsible for creating and managing / leading the development of channel business.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Set targets in alignment to the Channel strategy.
  • Facilitate implementation of product delivery
  • Channel operations management
  1. Manage payment and collection of premiums
  2. Manage administration of channels claims.
  • Account Management
  1. Developing & supporting partners
Key Performance Indicators

  • Increase in customer base
  • Meeting or exceeding set targets.
  • Good external & internal relationships
Technical Qualifications
  • Degree in sales and marketing/ Business related degree
  • 3 years experience in key account management in a managerial position
  • Qualification and experience in Insurance will be an added advantage
Disposition
  • Very good communicator and with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Have a sense of urgency
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Commercial Sense
