Food & Beverage Manager, Chef, Cooks and IT Technical Support / Assistant Accountant Jobs in Mombasa Kenya

A leading Sports Club in Mombasa is looking for qualified persons of Kenyan nationality to fill the following positions:
 

Food & Beverage Manager
 

Reporting to the Club Manager, the prospective candidates must possess the following:

• Diploma in Food and Beverage service from a recognized institution
• At least 5 years’ experience having worked in a busy set up in a similar position with minimum supervision.
• Have excellent skills in food and beverage controls
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
• Have the ability to supervise personnel

Chef

• A Diploma in food production from a recognized institution.
• Well trained in at least 3 cuisines: continental, oriental and local.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a busy restaurant.
• Excellent skills in food cost control

Cooks

• Diploma/ Certificate in Culinary/Catering/Hospitality/Food and Beverage from a recognized institution
• 3 years experienced in cooking different cuisines in a busy restaurant/ kitchen
• Ability to prepare all foods in accordance with standard recipes.

IT Technical Support / Assistant Accountant

• Advanced Diploma in Information Technology
• Configuring IT Systems ie, servers, networks etc
• Undertaking System repairs, ie computers, printers etc
• Ability to perform system administration tasks including required upgrades & integration.
• Experience in a hospitality set up will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Quickbooks
