Our client, a Business Strategy Consultancy is in need of a Sales & Marketing Manager for its Universal Financial Service Agent Brand

Job Purpose: This significant position is responsible for growing of business and directing our dynamic sales & marketing team toward excellence.
 
Duties and Responsibilities of Head of Sales Include:
  • Overall responsibility for sales of retail services on all retail outlets
  • Management and building-up of a strong and highly driven sales & marketing team through creation of business plan, training, and mentoring
  • Designing and implementing sales strategies and structures for increased sales
  • Review progress of sales & marketing roles throughout the company
  • Accurately forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams
  • Provide quarterly results assessments of sales staff’s productivity and preparing sales & marketing reports on a weekly basis
  • Consistently collaborate with Head of Commercial to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines
  • Other duties as needed for sales and sales team development success
Academic & Professional Qualifications
  • A university degree, with a focus on marketing or business studies preferred
  • 2-4 years service sale experience
  • Proven history of successful sales team leadership
  • Experience in and ability to interpret sales performance and market trend information
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
