Our Client, an upcoming Total Solutions Provider in the Hospitality Industry seeks to recruit a Human Resource Executive.

Job  Objective: To maintain and enrich the organization's human resource function through effective planning, implementation and evaluation of employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop an effective  recruitment program
  • Conduct training needs assessment, plan and deliver some training
  • Periodically conduct pay surveys and advise on reward related issues e.g. benefits
  • Develop and implement a staff performance appraisal tool to plan, review and reward staff
  • Prepare and update staff manual
  • Ensure legal compliance by the organization & develop policies based on current Employment Act (2007).
  • Design a filing, retrieval system to maintain HR records.
  • Develop self through attendance of relevant workshops to maintain technical and professional knowledge
  • As a team player work closely with all sections, and in a consultancy role assist departmental heads to understand and implement HR Policies.
  • Administer payroll
  • Deal with employee grievances and implement disciplinary procedures
  • Develop HR planning strategies for immediate and long term staff requirements with line managers.
  • Conduct Administrative duties such as supervision of administrative and other support staff, manage insurance covers, assist in procurement, oversee communication
  • Coordinate all meetings & events for the organization & any other duties as required.

Experience
  • At least 2 years work experience in a similar role
Minimum Education Level / Professional Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management
  • Higher Diploma in HRM from a reputable organization
  • Certificate / Diploma in Business Administration / Management will be an added advantage
  • Proficiency in MS-Office
  • Working knowledge of HRMIS
  • Any other duties as may be required by Management.
