The successful candidates will be responsible for growing market share for the following products:

Access Control Systems, Alarm Monitoring & Response Systems, Audio/Video Intercom Systems, CCTV Surveillance, Fire Detection & Response Systems, Security Training Services, Vehicle Surveillance (UVSS/ANPR) among others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Marketing strategies to retain and attract new clients.
  • Conduct Market surveys and research for existing and new Security Products.
  • Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients
  • Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts
  • Develop and maintain sales materials on current products
  • Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services
  • Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-ups
  • Identify and resolve client concerns and queries promptly
  • Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up and adherence to goals
  • Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff
  • Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce stock
  • Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events
  • Follow-up on collection of payment
  • Provide on-job-training to new sales employees
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
  • Diploma in Sales and Marketing or any other business related qualification
  • 3 to 5 years experience in sales and marketing
  • Ability to develop and deliver presentations and other written materials
  • Ability to persuade and influence others
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques

Key responsibilities
  • Convert customer data centre infrastructure technical requirements to solutions;
  • Develop and deliver high quality demonstrations on solutions offered;
  • Design, validate, and present data centre solutions to include advanced product concepts, future direction, and 3rd party complementary products;
  • Develop and manage reference sites through high quality technical, professional client relationships;
  • Support systems engineers to provide correct technical design, architecture, qualification and presentation of solutions for proposals;
  • Manage and execute technical lead generation activities in liaison with the sales team to ensure departmental sales objectives are met; and
  • Support the data centre team in project execution.
Qualifications and experience
  • A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering ,Business Information Technology or related field;
  • Vendor Certifications in Oracle/Sun, IBM, EMC, VMWare, Symantec, NetApp and other relevant data center server and storage certifications;
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a technical Telecommunications/ Engineering/ IT management position, preferably 2 in a busy technical sales position; and
  • Project Management experience and certification will be an added advantage.

Reporting to the Technical Operations Manager-Business Applications, you will be responsible for developing interfaces between core banking and internet banking applications.

Key responsibilities
  • Design patterns and concepts in Java/J2EE;
  • Develop technical and functional business requirements to clients in response to proposals;
  • Translate requirements into technical design;
  • Configure, customize and test the ESB (Enterprise Service Bus);
  • Prepare technical documentation and training to the team;
  • Design & develop the integration (interfaces) between internet banking Application Server and the ESB (Enterprise Service Bus) ;and
  • Design & develop the integration (interfaces) between the ESB (Enterprise Service Bus) and the Bank Back Office Systems.
Qualifications and experience
  • A Bachelors degree in IT.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a technical environment;
  • Hands on experience with Jboss Application Server and Jboss ESB (Enterprise Service Bus) programming; and
  • Experience in preparing technical solution briefs.
