Objective
  • To assess the relevance, effectiveness and appropriateness of the strategy which Plan has followed for the last 5 years in working with community based organisation and to recommend changes or alternative approaches.
Scope and Coverage
  • The scope of the study will include comprehensive literature review and the design and implementation of a survey of sampled CBOs

Requirements
Eligible consulting organisations will be required to provide their full proposals on standard formats by the end of 14 February. They will need to submit both technical and financial proposals separately.

Consultants must demonstrate experience in similar assignments in Kenya in the last four years., be well-grounded in social science with excellent knowledge of organizational development. The selected consultant must sign and adhere to Plan’s Child Protection Policy.
