General Manager Job in Kenya - Transport

A fast growing transport firm seeks to recruit a suitable candidate for the job position of General Manager reporting to the Chairman.

Job Ref: No: EKV/GM/011

Specific tasks include but not limited to:

• Providing overall leadership in business development, operation, marketing, research and planning activities of the firm
• Coordinating and implementation of the firm business activities and strategies
• Provide oversight for the HR and general administrative functions.
• Strategic planning and management of company financial and operational resources
• Management of stakeholders relationships
• Improving & establishing proper internal control systems

Minimum Requirements:

• Must possess an MBA.
• A Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering will be an added advantage
• Minimum of 10 years experience in transport Industry holding senior position
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and IT skills
• Aged between 30-40 years
