We are recruiting for a Sales & Operational Planner to enable effective Supply Chain Management.
Our Sales and Operational Planning (S & OP) is an integrated business management process through which the leadership team continually achieves focus, alignment and synchronization among all functions of the business
The successful candidate will be expected to deliver the S & OP plan with an updated sales plan, production plan, inventory plan, customer lead time plan, new product development plan and the resulting financial plan.
You will be expected to properly implement the S&OP process thus allowing for routine reviews of customer demand and supply resources and “re-planning” quantitatively across an agreed rolling horizon.
The re-planning process focuses on changes from the previously agreed sales and operations plan while focusing on future actions and anticipated results.

Person Requirements
- University graduate
- Good analytical skills
- Solid understanding of purchasing, production and distribution issues
- Knowledge of Business risk evaluation
- Good interpersonal and influencing skills
- Working knowledge of FMCG ERPs
